The Vanguard Forum for Healthcare Leaders - Online, December 8 - 9

The Forum

The Vanguard Forum for Healthcare Leaders is a by-invitation program focused on developing high-level leadership capabilities, and building connections, among CEOs and C-suite leaders in healthcare. The program is designed to complement existing development and support programs for healthcare companies provided by venture capital and private equity firms, among others, and is designed to be accessible and valuable for time-pressed executives.

 

Participants in the Forum are nominated by their own organizations, by Vanguard’s advisors, and by other referees. Participants become part of the global Vanguard Network of top-level leaders (see below).

Participants will engage in a series of intimate, interactive sessions, ranging from fireside chats, to workshops and panel discussions, that will address the specific challenges of healthcare leaders, who may be new to top leadership roles, and the sometimes-furious pace of younger organizations. There will be no podium speeches or PowerPoint® presentations. A very important dimension will be networking among members and the faculty.

The Global Vanguard Network

Forum participants become members of the global Vanguard Network of top-level leaders. As Network members, they benefit from ongoing leadership learning and networking on the private Vanguard Connect platform, receive content from faculty members, and are invited to periodic working dinners and other events with Vanguard faculty.
