The Vanguard Network is a special membership organization for senior executives.

Membership in the Network is by invitation to current and future C-suite individuals, across business sectors.

Members engage with the Vanguard faculty of CEOs, board members, and other leadership experts, and each other. The Network fosters dialogue and learning around critical, real-world top leadership challenges, from working with a board to selecting a high-performance team.

Members participate in an array of exclusive program benefits, including invitations to Vanguard Forums held throughout the year.

The Vanguard Network excels in developing pragmatic insights on leadership challenges, and in building the capabilities needed to take leadership to an even higher level.

Vanguard Forums

Vanguard Forums are intensive, one-day programs on critical aspects of executive leadership.

At the Forums, members engage with faculty and each other in intimate sessions, and network during breaks and receptions.

Members learn from the faculty, and each other, about driving high performance — through candid discussions about what worked and what did not.

Vanguard Connect

Vanguard Network members become part of Vanguard Connect, the program’s private, online networking and learning platform.

Vanguard Connect delivers leadership learning modules including exclusive insights from faculty, as well as podcasts and webinars with leadership experts.

Dinners and Events

Members may also sign up for exclusive Vanguard Dinners and other events.

Vanguard Dinners are private gatherings of a leading faculty member, and a small group of members, for dialogue around a key leadership topic.

Dinner faculty have ranged from Robert Langer, Institute Professor at MIT and global authority on innovation, to Thomas Cueni, Director General of the IFPMA.

Vanguard is like the Harvard Business Review come to life. But with a chance to ask questions,

discuss alternatives, and share opinions.
